He is also Professor of Medicine in the division of nephrology and hypertension at the University of Missouri Columbia School of Medicine. Dr. Whaley-Connell earned his DO degree at KCU College of Osteopathic Medicine and then completed his residency at the University of Missouri in Columbia in internal medicine where he was chief resident. He then completed a nephrology fellowship at the University of Missouri.
