Module 1: Own Your Warrior Goddess Fire (March 22)
In this module, you will discover how to courageously burn away your old fears, the places you keep yourself small, and the unconscious limitations you carry, so you can own your warrior power and goddess compassion.
You will:
Uncover and release any places you have kept yourself small or sabotaged yourself to stay safe or be “liked”
Fully own your warrior courage and voice

Most women hold back — we stifle our voices, close down our intuition, protect our hearts. We let the painful experiences of life dampen our fire and squash our enthusiasm. We know what we need, but oftentimes we don’t have the energy or strength to initiate new actions. Or we’re confused or unsure of what we a really want.
But what would happen if you suddenly had total faith in yourself? What if you stopped judging, comparing and tearing yourself down and instead ignited your inner super power of self-love? What if you went from depleted to faith-filled, just by shifting your perspective?
In this module, you’ll:
Learn how to live an unapologetic, fully embodied life

Module 3: Bless Your Courage to Fail (April 5)
It takes great courage to embrace both your beginnings and endings, the beauty and the mess. It takes even more courage to look your fear of failure straight in the eye and no longer let it limit you. This is a skill you can cultivate through simple practices that help you rewire your brain from logical to cyclical thinking, so you know deep in your bones the blessing of falling down and getting back up again, wiser and more resilient.
In this module, you’ll:
Learn how to free your fearless, creative self — your wild child
Define what your unique moral code is so you stop comparing and start creating
Gain three new techniques to quiet your mind and stop self-judgment
Fall in love with failing! Really!
Go beyond procrastination or making rash decisions
Discern when to act and when to wait patiently for right timing
Module 4: Unblock Your Warrior Goddess Creativity (April 12)
Once you develop the power of courageously facing the messes, failures and scary places of life, you’re ready to awaken your inner creative fire. There are three main places where you can activate this abundant power: by tapping into the wisdom of your belly, claiming the strength of your heart, and owning your intuitive knowing.
Together we’ll explore where we as women block our power, and start to unweave cultural, generational and personal trauma and limitations. Imagine what it will feel like to release the weight of your past, including any stifling beliefs or agreements you are carrying forward from your parents and step into living from present-day inspiration and creative mojo. Each day becomes filled with synchronicity, inspiration and conscious choice.
In this module, you’ll:
Learn the four main ways you block your creative flow
Dissolve any agreements or energies you are carrying that are not yours
Stop doubting yourself or putting off important decisions
Experience how to listen to your most powerful knowings
Gain three quick tools for creatively responding to obstacles
Module 5: Claim Your Full Power (April 19)
When we accept our Warrior Goddess power we stop using other people’s opinions against us and focus on improving our opinion of ourselves. We stop taking anything personally, and move past the victim/perpetrator, right/wrong models to step into the power of gentleness and the fierceness of compassion, which exist beyond blame and self-doubt.
Your power is not about pushing and forcing, it’s about invitation, vulnerability and clear boundaries. Power comes when you learn how to say no as easily as you say yes. Power lives through you when you befriend your insecurity and love your fears. You are most powerful when you are unashamedly being yourself, clear and connected to your own truth.

Then it’s time to stop self-sabotaging and to learn how to name, hold and act on your clarity.

This means listening to the stories you tell yourself and discerning those that feed your inner fire from those that dampen it. By witnessing your thoughts and behaviors, you can make choices that keep you aligned with your best self.

In doing so, we weave a web of acceptance, respect, love and forgiveness.
